Shopping With Us
To place an order, simply click on the image or item title to view the full item description and add your selected item to your basket. Once your shopping is complete you then proceed to checkout. Payment can be made by PayPal or Stripe using your debit or credit card. You do not have to be a member or have an account with PayPal in order to use the services.
For your security, electronic payments to The Cosmetic Company Outlet are accepted through a choice of PayPal or Stripe
Paypal can be used either by using your own Paypal account or by completed using your debit/credit card without the need for an account.
Stripe is a online card merchant who handles online card payments using their own platform which is secure, fast and easy to use.
Postage and Packaging
Cosmetic Company Outlet offer free UK postage on all our products purchased from our website. Unfortunately we only ship to the UK therefore any orders from abroad will be cancelled and refunded.
Deliveries are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control – for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period. We will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this prior to dispatch. On occasion orders will be fulfilled from stock stored at our Amazon fulfilment centre direct to you.

The Data Protection Act dictates that we must protect your account information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorized us to or we are legally required to do so.
Under UK law you are entitled to a “cooling off” period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 14 days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges excluding postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items. Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions.
